Souvenir: 6.6M images/year, all processed. A single blended rate applies across both divisions — Easter/Bunny may run higher until tuned, and non-character Souvenir work could run lower, so a per-division rate may be worth splitting out later. Processing cost only; the one-time build is signed and tracked separately.
